Auto-Login Isn't Working: The server move has caused auto-login to stop working (at least for some users).

Problem posting with Google Chrome: I've noticed that I cannot post comments in Google Chrome. The live preview doesn't work, and the "post comment" button is grayed out, even after typing a comment in the comment box. Posting new threads apparently still works, though. I'm using version 20.0.1132.57, if that helps...

Guess No One Else Previews: If you preview when making a post, the link title disappears. But it doesn't happen in the Locker Room.

Profile, Posting Bugs Squashed: A security upgrade Friday hosed some comments and made it impossible to post front-page links. Those bugs appear to have been fixed. Also, the bug that prevented some users from updating their profiles has been addressed. If you're one of those people, try it out and let me know if it works. Seacrest out.

Profile Updates: This is not a huge deal, but has anyone else had problems updating their profile under the "customize" link? I've tried several times to change my information up a bit, but I haven't been able to get the information to save. I'm on Google Chrome 4.0.249.49 beta, Mac OS 10.6.2. Also tried it on Firefox 3.5.7, same results.

Viewing Bug: Just found this when I got back tonight. Every page I visit on the site is full of many copies of this message: "Warning: strftime() [function.strftime]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/New_York' for 'EST/-5.0/no DST' instead in /www/php/includes/smarty/plugins/modifier.date_format.php on line 53". Anyone else seeing this? I'm in Google Chrome, Mac OS 10.6.2.

Did anyone else get a ton of 'sportsfilter' spam last night?: I got 25+ e-mails from a website called http://grou.ps that claimed to have a Sportsfilter-related group and encouraging me to "increase my activity rank". This is to the e-mail addy I have listed in my profile here. No biggie, I can just delete 'em, I was just curious if anyone else here was getting them too.

Small issue: I've been trying to edit my profile-thing (the thing @ "customize") for a couple weeks now so I can cause links to open in a separate window. However, no changes I make in that section seem to save. I've tried changing the bio section as well as just the where links open option, but nothing seems to stick. Mac OS 10.5.6, Mozilla Firefox 3.0.8

Comment Formatting: If you have problems formatting comments on SportsFilter, post bug reports here. I'm working on a way to keep users from putting line breaks at odd places while still allowing things like lists. The comments you post here should look exactly like they do in preview.

Locker Room Bug Fixed: The bug that prevented messages from being posted in the locker room has been fixed. The email bug that prevented me from being notified about the locker room bug also has been fixed.

Small Bug: Only issue I've noticed recently. In the member pages (my own is the link cited), the old menu appears in the upper right corner, as it was before the remodel. And assumably due to said remodel, all the links but "home", "about", and "locker room" are dead. If this has been hit before, my apologies. And if this is in process, again the apologies. Just thought I'd bring it to light.

Auto-Login Enabled: We've added auto-login back to SportsFilter. The next time you log in, the site will set a cookie that logs your account in automatically when you visit the home page. For times when you're at a public library or someone else wants to log in from your browser, the cookie can be manually deleted by clicking the logout link on the front page.

Bug: Spofi eats comments: Apparently if a comment is considered "too long" (I'm guessing), Spofi simply trashes it without warning or option for recovery.

Missing Link?: Why am I not seeing this thread under January 25 anymore? It doesn't appear to be closed, but it also isn't showing up on the front page. I checked in a few browsers. Man, I hope it is just that I am tired and am missing something.

Weird Technical Issue: Something is wrong with my ISP. When I try to connect via my ATT Yahoo DSL, I get an error message. This is unique to at least this computer, perhaps it's my ISP I don't know. But I can access Spofi fine through a proxy, or through a computer on a different ISP - as long as I don't use Firefox. Firefox on Windows plus proxy works. Firefox on Windows w/o proxy does not, same results were found w/ Firefox on a Mac at work, with a different ISP (Cincinnati Bell). WTF? Error message inside.

Server Slow No Mo: SportsFilter had 58 gigabytes of old log files cluttering up the server. Now that they're deleted, the server should be as quick as Billy Donovan's NBA coaching career.

CSS: Search link wraps below the title bar: in Firefox 2.0, the "Search" link wraps onto the next line, making it invisible. It's fine in Safari, except on the Logout screen.

Sorry, you can only edit your comments within three minutes after posting them.: I know this topic came up a few days ago but it does not appear the problem has been corrected. I just submitted a comment, clicked on "post" and then immediately selected the "edit comment" option. I was not allowed to edit my comment within the stated three minute window. To the powers that be, why is this happening?

Uh, I was promised I would have 3 minutes to rebut myself.: It appears that perhaps the 3-minute clock on making changes to posts starts on "Preview" rather than "Post." Has this always been the case? I've noticed on occasion that when I hit "Post" I get no opportunity to edit afterwards. (As a side note, I am hitting "Preview" earlier than I used to because I'm still having that problem where the box goes all the way off to the right side of the screen until I hit "Preview," and then it repairs itself.)

Post-Comment Counter: When I log on, it says that thee have been 210 Posts and 4610 comments since the last time I posted.... I would think this is highly unlikely since I was here this morning... is this happening to anyone else?

Firefox bug in preview: This has been happening to me for quite some time. XP - Firefox/1.5.0.4 When previewing the "preview" and "post" buttons display behind the text field and are unclickable. Most times I back up and retry but today it was rather sticky.
