'Thought Your Future was Great; You Played Like Trung Canidate': In honor of all the can't-miss prospects from this year's NFL Draft, the parody song "Mr. Upside" remembers the did-miss prospects of years past, including Tony Mandarich, the "best offensive line prospect ever."
Phew, I thought it was in reference to Tom Brady. Still disconcerting the poster's name is "BradyFan83". I feel dirty and disloyal that as a ND die-hard I'm happy to dislike Brady Quinn as a pro. Even Ron Powlus got a pass from me in the pros. Thanks for both of those.

I had hoped I was going to see "The Bozz" get run down like a speed bump!

I somehow lost javascript on my laptop and can't watch the link. If classic Kansas City first rounders Todd Blackledge and Percy Snow did not make that list, something is terribly wrong.

I somehow lost javascript on my laptop and can't watch the link. YouTube req's Javascript? News to me. There is at least one Chief on there, though. Can't quite pinpoint who it is, though. Oddly enough, I was having a conversation with a former associate earlier today and we were, for some reason, discussing Ryan Leaf. Neither of us would commit to it, but we were somewhat sure that the Chargers were the team that drafted him. Thanks for the quick answer, rcade.

Sorry. It also says I have an old version of Flash Player. I don't watch any YouTube stuff, so I don't know what it takes.

That guy is the sports version of Weird Al. Great stuff.

Great clip. Thanks rcade. I always felt bad for Ki-Jana Carter though. Some of the guys on the clip seemed to be head cases or lack any hear or desire. I've always felt Carter was just plain injury prone and suffered from bad luck. I always sensed he had the skills and heart, his body just could not withstand the punishment a runnig back must endure. Maybe I missed it but was Tim Couch on there anywhere?

Why is Andre Ware about to give The Shocker to the Heisman Trophy?

Ahhhhh Andre Ware, another "system Qb" that failed in the NFL, like Joey Harrington etc. My all time fav's gotta be Todd Marijaunavich, think about it, he was such a bust they gave him that nickname so no-one would ever forget...LOL Anyways, that vid was freakin sweet, maybe I missed it , but was Jeff George in there anywhere? ....I'd forgotten all about Trung Candidate.

I always felt bad for Ki-Jana Carter though. Things like this video make me wonder what would happen if a draft bust didn't go to such a shitty, inept team. Would they have had success? Ryan Leaf is a head case, but I think he would have had a better support system in Indy than he did in San Diego. Maybe he would have had more success. Would Peyton be Peyton in SD? Who knows? I do believe that QBs who have great stability end up being better QBs than those with revolving coaches.

I'm just glad the entire video wasn't dedicated to the Bengals of the 1990's, as it could have been.

You looked like a Grecian god, but hit just like my cousin, Maude. Classic. Thanks, rcade.

The same guy has recorded a Sinatra riff, Brady is a Chump, after the draft.
