Was anyone able to nail this week's LOCK for the NFL scores?

A quick scroll through and Howard T is the only one I saw that got his with Carolina over Tennessee.

Ugly week. Or nice, I suppose, if you're a fan of parity.

I think I will pick the Lions' opponent every week to be the LOCK.

I haven't looked yet, but I picked the Bengals. And there's no way in hell that they lost to the Texans last night, right? RIGHT?

Bengals looked like they were in playoff mode last night.

But then again, they were up against a playoff team

... the ... Texans ...

Romeo, Romeo, wherefore hath thy defense hitherto been?

Before the game, I was thinking that Romeo was all but done as Houston DC and that maybe O'Brien would go back to college ball. Now, who knows? They could win the duhvuhsion.

Another sign of my pure genius (yeah, right). Too bad I missed the spread; it might have mitigated the near disaster of this week.

J J Watt says the "Red Rifle" became a Red Ryder BB Gun, and Andy Dalton cries that Watt lacks integrity. Integrity?

Andy Dalton's win rate in night games is something like 33%

Home field advantage might help the Bengals win a playoff game - a daytime game start more likely would.

Reflects badly on both of them. Always thought Watt had more class than that. Maybe he just needs to avoid immediate post game interviews.

When Watt sacked Dalton, did he then filp him in the air to celebrate?

I'm surprised anybody is upset over what Watt said. It was a silly play on words that he immediately followed with an acknowledgement that Dalton is a great quarterback.

This soccer leg injury is Theismann-level bad. If you can bear to watch, check out how the opposing player is pretending to be grievously hurt until he sees the extent of the injury, then leaps up and calls for medics.

If you can bear to watch

I watched until about the 40 second mark, closed my eyes and turned away, cursing. That's just not right, Napoleon McCallum like?

Nobody is really at fault for the soccer injury. The player just tripped, fell, and landed on the incoming player's leg. That's just a bad fluke. It's pretty gruesome, and I could only watch it once and immediately turned away.
