Christian Lion Blames Satan for Bad Press: After Detroit Lions linebacker Zack Follett called Lions quarterback Matt Stafford a "china doll" in an interview, he released a video saying that Satan caused the backlash he received on Twitter and in the media. "God showed me how Satan can take a little thing -- which I had no intention of being wrong -- a little thing and twist it, and see what big thing can come out of it," he said. "I laugh, because God let me see that it was Satan."

It scares me that people like this are allowed to vote, drive cars and own firearms.

I don't feel him.
Sorry, but I just... don't.
I feel a bit sick, maybe, if that helps.
But I don't feel him.
And I'm not his bro. But it's probably just satan making me say that. Probably.

So basically, he equated the media with Satan. I'm not entirely sure how wrong I find that.

How did you expect the press to react to you calling your teammate a china doll Zach?

I'd say that, so basically, he said that anyone who criticized him for being a dick was inspired by Satan. Anything wrong with it yet?

First things first. I need to hear what Sean Payton has to say about this.

Secondly, this is all part of God's plan.

Without Follett's folly, when would rcade have otherwise had an opportunity to craft a post title that included the luminous phrase "Christian Lion"?

Meanwhile, Stafford appears to be closer to God than Follett:

But the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your ox, your donkey or any of your animals, nor the alien within your gates, so that your manservant and maidservant may rest, as you do. Lions draft priority has quickly changed to finding a new 4th string LB.

People say crazy shit. Look at me; I'm saying crazy shit right now. I also have no problem with anyone criticizing the media. After all, the "media" get's to have a forum to say crazy shit.

That being said, Zack Follet is crazy like the shit-house rat. And Matt Stafford is kind of a China doll. And good for the Detroit Lions on getting some press during the week before Really Big Game! week.

C'mon, BornIcon, he's not that ugly...and anyway, God's got plenty of other reasons to not like him.

Wow- that facebook video is something. I love that individuals can rationalize God caring so much about them. That takes some ego.

That dumbshit is going to be the most annoying graveyard shift security guard in Detroit next week. And dudedykstra, I think the word you were invoking is solipsistic.

The part that gets to me is when he says he avoided lust last night.

Dude, you're a seventh round draft pick on injured reserve. Are you sure you want to avoid *all* temptation during the short time you're in the NFL?
