Ex-NFLer Randall Cunningham's son drowns in hot tub at Las Vegas home: This is very sad indeed. Former Eagles/Vikings/Cowboys/Ravens QB Randall Cunningham's 2 year old son Christian died yesterday after drowning in a hot tub at the family's home in Las Vegas. Vegas cops believe the child's death to be accidental.

Yes Virginia, there's a $100,000 Stephen Strasburg card: Just weeks after a rare Stephen Strasburg card sold for over $16,000 on eBay, there's another one-of-a-kind Strasburg card, but this one is currently going for just more than $100,000...or the price of a small house. Is the phenom worthy of all this attention, hype and $100,000 card?

John Calipari's team isn't very bright: A number of schools released their athletic team's GPA's, and John Calipari's Kentucky basketball team didn't do so well. Their cumulative GPA was the worst among the athletic teams at UK, worst among the 9 SEC teams that released their GPA's, and worst compared to Louisville, Duke and Kansas. Considering his history, this can't reflect well on Coach Cal.

Report: Gailey expected to be named Bills head coach: PFT is reporting that the Buffalo Bills are set to name Chan Gailey as their next head coach, this according to Fox's Jay Glazer.

Bettis: Bill Cowher "Holding Out" for Giants Head Coaching Gig: In an interview with Chris "Mad Dog" Russo on Sirius XM, Jerome Bettis let the cat out of the bag, saying that Bill Cowher is holding out for the NY Giants head coaching job, and will stay at CBS until said job becomes available. So, do we believe Bettis, or is he just blowing smoke?

Fired over a hat? Really, a freaking hat? And there are people who are in agreement with this? Wow...just, wow. She is a graduate of the University of Florida, and more than likely, proud of her school. Why the f--k shouldn't she wear a Gators hat. Petrino needs to learn a thing or two about respect, and the station caved to pressure from a bunch of "offended" but nonetheless idiotic Arkansas fans. Hope she sues for wrongful termination and wins a bunch of cash.

With Phaneuf coming to Toronto, the Leafs finally have someone they can pin the captain's "C" on their chest.

Right now Ingram's leading by 0.3% over Gerhart, according to http://stiffarmtrophy.com. And they've nailed it the last seven years. Suh is third, McCoy fourth, and Tebow last.

I would love to see Suh win it. Defensive guys never get a sniff. He was dominate in the Big XII title game.

Oxygen is usually just a precaution. His arms going rigid meant he was knocked right out for a bit. Glad he's ok, but that's two concussions in the past week...not good for the noggin.

For being done he had seven catches for well over 100 yards today.
Umm...Owens had 3 catches for 27 yards. And a few drops too. Just sayin'.

Being a Bills fan, I actually feel sorry for TO. This offense is pathetic, the QB is terrible (Edwards...and I don't think Fitzpatrick will be any better), and the coach is a moron. Plus the Buffalo media puts a negative spin on something he says which is not the least bit controversial, then pile on him when he doesn't say anything at all. Granted, over his career he's been a monumental prick, but in Buffalo he's been fine. And at 35 he's still got plenty in the tank. Oh, and the Romo thing...it was the group of receivers complaining about Romo zeroing in on Witten all the time. It only became "news" because Owens was part of that group.

I used to love watching Fleury play, but I always thought there was something behind the way he played, with such a huge chip on his shoulder. When Sheldon Kennedy came out and spoke about Graham James, it was pretty easy to figure out Fleury probably suffered the same abuse as Kennedy did. Too bad Theo couldn't stick with the Flames this year...would've been a great story.

Yeah, to tell you the truth kerrycindy, I forgot about Bum's kid there in Dallas. I'm probably like most people...Wade's just keeping the seat warm for Garrett. But I can totally see Jerruh Jones and his checkbook making a run at a Shanahan, or Gruden, or Holmgren, or (insert unemployed big name coaching prospect here)...

I totally agree with you BoKnows. I think Shanahan knows there's going to be a lot of opportunities in the offseason (Buffalo, Tennessee, Cleveland, Washington, etc.) that he wants to wait and get the most cash and the best situation. And that probably doesn't include Dan Snyder in any way, shape for form.
