Archie Manning faces family history: Archie Manning doesn't cotton to the notion that he and his wife Olivia are the heads of the First Family of the Southeastern Conference. For one thing, it's a presumption of self-importance, and Archie wasn't raised to be anything but humble.

Amazingly enough, I walked in the door last night and found my wife completely engrossed in the Manning's story. It was a well produced piece, and I think it did the Mannings proud.

Although SpoFi sometimes serves as distraction from reality, I haven't yet begun to use it as my therapist.

Thankfully there are only like 3 Manning brothers and none of them are particularly adept at hitting the hole. They tend to pass when given the chance.

I was watching the footage of li'l Peyton showing his dropback. Check that shoulder action. Damned if that's not how he's been doing it ever since.

True, but few are as adept at dropping a long one right into a wide receiver's bread basket.
