I wonder if the Commissioner's office takes a number out of a hat when it assesses fines. Except in fines involving James Harrison where any number is automatically doubled.

I can second the "Bossman Junior" origin for BJ Upton. I went to HS with both the Upton brothers (Justin was on the Varsity Football team with me when he was a Freshman and I was a senior. He was one of only two freshmen on the team).
