The Luke McCown era in Jacksonville has ended after two games.

Jack Del Rio has no idea how to handle quarterbacks. Every time there's any question at all who should start -- Brunell/Leftwich, Leftwich/Garrard, Garrard/McCown, McCown/Gabbert -- he has had a quick hook without properly preparing the new starter. Both Leftwich and Garrard were dumped at the last minute during an offseason. McCown got almost no time in the preseason, so he had no chance to succeed. With proper prep, he could've run the Jaguars run-heavy offense adequately until Gabbert had time to get ready.

I love the Jags, but I'm marking time until Del Rio is gone. He's an atrocious NFL head coach who has lasted as long as he has because he looks the part.

This has pretty much flown under the radar, but Kenley Jansen (Dodgers relief pitcher) has 23 strikeouts in the last 9 innings (27 outs) he's pitched.

That is ridiculous.

He's also averaged 15.1 K/9 so far through his career. Also his middle name is Geronimo. There's nothing here to dislike.

Yet another MLB player from Curaçao. I thought you had to play for the Orioles if you came from there. Guess Andruw Jones broke their stranglehold.

The Jags' stadium is still in the same place it's always been. Near the river's edge.

Easy fix. They could pretend that they just won a rowing regatta with DelRio as helmsman.

In ye go, laddie.

Who could possibly replace el Jacko?

Maybe Dave Shula is at the point where he's seen his last dead cow.

I could probably replace Del Rio.

I think the Jags should get John Gruden, so we don't have to hear his "analysis" anymore.

Gotta say, though, Del Rio is still a pretty good drummer.

New Miami Marlins logo is "leaked".

The strategy to blind your opponents is an interesting one.

It looks like the logo for an early 90's CAPCOM game.

It's pointy.

Well said. It just needs to be flashing to seal the deal.

Who thought that six colours was a good idea for a logo?

What, no sequins?

The good news is practically no one will see it.
