Oregon Ducks Coach Gives Fan a $439 Refund: Disgusted by Oregon's season-opening loss at Boise State, fan Tony Seminary sent Ducks head coach Chip Kelly an irate e-mail with an attached invoice for $439 in travel expenses. A few days later a check arrived in the mail from Kelly that paid the invoice in full. "When I received that check, I was literally speechless," said Seminary.

I posted this yesterday to the huddle. I guess it was FPP worthy.

Anyway, like I said then, I was thinking about sending a bill to the Seahawks trainers. Two years with 10 starters each year injured is getting ridiculous.

That's odd. I don't see your comment in the huddle.

It's funny to see how Kelly's check bought him a lifetime shut-the-hell-up card for this one fan. The guy loves him now.

My comment from yesterday was the one before Debo's link to Olie the Goalie's retirement. Sure, it's a dumb Yahoo/Rivals link and not a fancy ESPN link with nifty video, but it exists.

No biggie. But I would like a check for scooping you.

Let's not go crazy here. I have to put food on my family.

OK, is it "I have to put food on the table for my family", or is it "I have to put food in my family"? Of course, you may just have some really weird eating habits in your household, rcade.

I really hope you're not talking about nyotaimori. And I was thinking about the sum of, shall we say, $1.98?

Have we forgotten Bushisms already?

Might this set a very bad precedent? This could do what no number of huge signing contracts for non-performing players have done; bankrupt the New York Yankees.

You misunderestimate us, rcade.
