That's one of the corniest articles I've ever read, but I still had to laugh. Let's just hope Randall Simon hasn't picked up a taste for the spicy stuff since he's been relegated to the Mexican League.

I hear it was a toss up between Chorizo and the Tube Steak. But Bud already has a job.

Can you believe some writier was assigned this story and actually was paid to write it? And they say J-School doesn't pay.

In other news, the Minuteman Project is outraged and heading to Miller Park...

hawkguy, I had a two-year fellowship at a paper where thats ALL I wrote. It became a mission after a while to see how corny I could be. That's what I expect this AP bureau writer was doing (at least I hope that's what she/he was doing.)

With the number of Latin -American players in MLB, this is only right! Not much chance of gettin' a Dos Equis or a Negro Modelo @ Miller Park though, I suppose, lol !

Chorizo had a great winter down in Mexican ball. And with that spice, he's a shoe-in for Comeback of the year.

People don't go to Miller Park to watch the Brewers play, do they? (At least not since the days of Robin Yount, Paul Molitor) Isn't it all about the sausage race?

People don't go to Miller Park to watch the Brewers play, do they? Not everybody's a Red Sox or Yankees fan. Loser.

The sausage race thing is getting spun off which I think sucks. In Washington they do the ex-Presidents race now and they're talking about a race in San Francisco now too. I personally love the sausage race (especially when they get all bumpy and knock one down through the corner).

Aw come on rocketman, can't take some gentle jibing about your team without resorting to name calling?

LOL... only in Bud Selig's backyard would you find this!
