Hidden: Packers reach agreement with Charles Woodson: Cornerback Charles Woodson, one of the last premium players remaining in the free agent market, reached a contract agreement on Wednesday evening with the Green Bay Packers, league sources confirmed.

I have no problem with GB, but Woodson was a let down in Oakland. He's not going to help them, he's seizing an opportunity to make more money. Smart business move- not very sportsman, but look at the state of professional sports.

they're not asking him to be a #1 CB, that's Al Harris' spot. that said, they definitely overpaid. edit: then again... considering none of these contracts are guaranteed.. meh. who cares how much it is.

Yeah- but htey pushed a HUGE chunk of the money in the first year. He's def. overpaid, he only had 1 INT last season. But- I think they not only did this for Woodson, but also for Favre. (notice how he and Woodson were signed in the same afternoon)

Two words... Turf Toe. Woodson sucks, and is washed up. Two washed up has been players in Green Bay. Great!
