A league of Snoop's own: Snoop Dog has started a youth football league that competes with the league that he was involved with in the past [reg. required].
Putting in the time to support his kids and youth football is admirable, but there are some bizarre elements to Snoop's participation, like the recruiting he's doing to pull the best players off other teams and the gifts he showers his team with. It's clear Snoop's team is having a blast. What's it like for the other teams? Also, when he talks about how youth football "taught me about religion as well as football, about keeping God in everything we did," I'm wondering where he kept God in his line of Snoop Dog: Doggystyle porn videos, some of which he shot in his own backyard.

At least he's trying to do something for the community. He's teaching all of those kids the importance of the BLING at an early age so they can ask for ridiculously high paychecks and crazy signing bonuses! What's the name of his team? The Rowizzle Raidizzles?

What would a day gone by in the Sports Filter without combining sports and religion?

You think Snoop's team played on natural grass?

You think Snoop's team played on natural grass? Yep. Also points were high, the snackbar was empty, the endzone wasn't the only place you could find "scoring". And the ref actually called a player for puff puff pass interference.

great article. Sounds to me, that Snoop my have gone too far!? I cant argue with all of the positive stuff he has done here. However is it worth tearing up a traditional league that seemed to be doing its job well???
