The 2020 Masters Champions Dinner is still on.

Not sure if Jack Nicklaus will attend.

Here are some of the side effects of Hydroxychloroquine:

- headache
- dizziness
- loss of appetite
- nausea
- diarrhea
- stomach pain
- vomiting
- rash
- blistering, peeling, loosening of the skin
- blurred vision or other vision changes
- chest discomfort, pain, or tightness
- cough or hoarseness
- dark urine
- decreased urination
- defective color vision
- difficulty breathing

Not good to have that sort lurking about with sushi on the menu.

Been on hydroxychloroquine twice for malaria prophylaxis, once for a deployment to Vietnam and the other prior to a port call in Karachi, Pakistan (which was canceled). I had several of the above symptoms, but nausea and vomiting were not among them. Good luck, Jack, Remdesivr might be a better choice.

beaverboard, your list reminded me of one of my all time favorite songs: Nausea by X

The Danish on line casino site needs the Banhammer of Thor.

This is so disappointing. I always believed that the Danes were above spamming. /cry

If our friend hokkajens offered Danish pastries on his site, I would be all over it. Problem is that you cannot get a Danish pastry in Denmark. I learned this much to my embarrassment in Copenhagen. In Denmark you must order Weinerbrod (Vienna Bread). Is Canadian bacon called by that in Toronto? I'm confused.

I guess grummy et al would call it "back bacon."

Giving me flashbacks to my time in Santa Barbara. Our next door neighbor was a Dane--detective on the SBPD of all things--who also made the most incredible baked goods I have ever had this side of Austria. He used to stop by at least twice a week with whatever treats he had whipped up that day. I kinda miss that neighborhood.

NoMich: X is one of my favorite bands of all time. I got to see them open for the Violent Femmes last Summer and it was a fantastic concert (hey, remember when concerts existed?). Those first three albums they put out were a hell of a run (and John Doe's solo stuff is outstanding as well).

I got to see them, finally, for the first time about 15 years ago at the Cat's Cradle in Chapel Hill. Helluva show. I love all those dang albums of theirs, including 'See How We Are'

John Doe said that he doesn't like performing the song 'Los Angeles' anymore because it's a character driven song about a virulent racist wanting to move out of LA. He doesn't like how it's been misappropriated by racist assholes. It's a great song, but I definitely see his point of view.

Yeah, there's some language in that song that hasn't aged well (even though X themselves were very much against it and that was basically the point). There's a lot of early punk stuff along those lines. Definitely not something you could try to release today.

Remember Minor Threat's 'Guilty of Being White'?

Oh yeah. Ian gets questioned about it in pretty much every interview still to this day.

And as much as I love The Big Boys (and particularly "The Fat Elvis") White N****rs is very cringey, even if people try to spin it as a queer-pride anthem. Biscuit Turner has been dead for a while now though, so he doesn't have to defend it any longer.
