The Stars scored 31 seconds into overtime to take a 2-1 series lead over the Golden Knights. Jamie Benn found Alexander Radulov impossibly open and he zinged a long shot off the bar and in. Dallas is playing well but Anton Khudobin had to keep them in this one with some amazing contortionism.

It's generally acknowledged that one of Phil Jackson's finest coaching jobs was bringing the defending champion Bulls to the doorstep of the 1994 Eastern Conference finals in the wake of Michael Jordan's first retirement.

As of this moment, Nick Nurse has brought the defending champion Raptors to the same exact threshold in the wake of Kawhi Leonard's departure for LA.

If Fox Sports doesn't suspend or fire Skip Bayless over his mental health remarks directed at Dak Prescott and his family, they are as gutless and despicable as their parent propaganda network.

All I caught of the Vegas/Dallas tilt last night was the last few minutes of the second period, including the last second goal by Dallas. I don't care a bit about the Tampa/Islanders series, but this Vegas/Dallas series is shaping up to be an entertaining one. Go Stars if only for our Stars fans here at SpoFi.

Yeah, that statement by Skip had me running to church to pray with all my soul that seemingly likable brother, Rick, is not like him in any way. And this is a good time to share this old story by The Onion.

Apparently there are still people who watch Fox Sports and Bayless?

Dobby played his butt off last night. Both goalies went into the locker room after the third period just completely dragging ass, to the point I wasn't sure who was going to be in the crease on either side in OT. I'm not surprised it ended so quickly, but I'm glad it was Radulov that got the first legit opportunity.

The Stars need to quit shooting themselves in the foot with dumbass penalties though. Giving Vegas a 5-on-3 in the third was a really bad move.

But yeah, it's definitely been exciting.

Zack Wheeler will miss his next start due to a finger injury on his pitching hand. How it happened is the story.
