Rams Trade #2 Overall Pick to Washington: Washington is expected to use the pick to select Quarterback Robert Griffin III. The Rams receive three first-round picks, (2012, 2013, 2014), as well as this year’s second-round selection.

If I were Griffin, I'd sign a one month contract with Snyder for 100 dollars and then get the hell out of there.

As a Baylor alum and fan of Griffin, let me just say: Goddamnit. Worst case scenario

Yeah, short of a Len Bias scenario, this is pretty much as bad as it could get for Griffin. Maybe if Al Davis were still alive and wanted to hire him as head coach.

Griffin will be good, but 3 first round picks?

Snyder and Shanahan .. yeah, I'd get the hell out of there as well.

Good on the Rams. Bradford looks like a keeper and now they have a pile of picks to fill out the roster around him. And they'll be early first round picks because of Washington's mediocrity and stupidity (wasn't certain which should be placed first).

All of a sudden, Canada looks like Heaven.

The only downside for the head coach Mike Shanahan and the Redskins is that the deal cannot be made official until the start of the new league year on Tuesday at 4:00pm.

Yes, that is the only downside. The Washington franchise has had so much recent success when they do pick in the first round, that it can only get better without doing so. That's some sweet, sweet reporting there, Yahoo sports.

No pressure on the kid to be a savior or anything. Wow, if the Rams can't succeed in the next few years, their front office should be drawn and quartered.

Jerry Jones has re-rostered Herschel and is trying to get those picks from the Rams.

And Herschel still thinks he can play.

Yes, this all brought the Hershel Walker fiasco/nightmare flashing back to my head. Though I bet the Redskins will actually try to utilize RG III.

Stupid trade for Washington, pretty great for st. Louis.
