Four Nights in Indianapolis for Just $16,000: Some hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis are going for $4,000 a night with a four-night minimum over the Super Bowl. The city has only 6,000 hotel rooms -- 14,000 less than the NFL requires within one hour's drive of the game site -- and procrastinators are paying the price. "It's insane," said Alan Banchand. "This is my 16th Super Bowl, and I've never, never, never seen prices like this."
Cue the annual articles about the rising price of hookers, who are travelling from all over the country to make superbowl sex money.

So with this requirement, why does the NFL select Indianapolis as the Super Bowl site? Perhaps they understand that nobody really wants to spend a night in Indianapolis if it can be avoided? Cincinnati is only about 1 1/2 hours' drive from Indianapolis (less if you drive like I do) and is a pretty nice city for a party and has a convenient airport. I'll bet the rooms there are a lot cheaper and come with at least a 4-Brady rating.

Yeah, were is the required "prostitution is booking" story. Seems like it's late this year. Did Eugene Robison not get his ticket?

There's also the annual Super Bowl domestic violence story.

Oooooohhh, I could totally get in the paper.
Assuming I annoy the dogs enough that they attack.

But there might not be a Stanley Wilson incident, because if you wanted to go AWOL and make a name for yourself, where would you go? Fort Wayne?

They were only going for $2,000 a night until Brady said they were nice rooms.
