NFL broadcaster Cris Collinsworth rescued from floating restaurant: Kathy Kinane and her husband walked into the upscale Waterfront restaurant wearing snorkeling gear, a joking reference to the recent rain and rising water levels outside the eatery housed on a barge.
The barge started moving when a main cable came loose, leaving the remaining cables to handle more pressure than they could withstand, said Covington Fire Chief Chuck Norris.
Man, I'd hate to be a fire in Covington, KY. Ever seen an inferno take a roundhouse kick to the jaw? Out like someone flipped a switch.

Just as an FYI, this restaurant (Jeff Ruby's) is awesome. We go there for our anniversary each year (or the one at Belterra Casino). It's a little pricey--that's why we only go once a year/lol, but the filet just melts in your mouth. Getting hungry just thinking about it. This is also the same chain that kicked out a famous jerk out of its Louisville location during the derby several years ago.

Is that why Pitino ended up doing a table for two carrier landing at a deserted Italian joint?

As a football fan, the only question I have to those responsible for rescuing Collinsworth is: Why?
kidding.
