Mark Webber had a small accident this morning.

At about 1:43 you get the onboard as an F1 car goes upside down high enough to hit one of the corner warnings, which are about 15 feet above the track.

They're not supposed to point that way, Mark.

Red Bull really does give you wings.

Wow... Tevez is way, way offside.

Tevez's second goal isn't bad. If you like 25 yard screamers.

And if you don't, you shouldn't be watching.

ESPN never showed a reply or had any further discussion of Heinze's standing header which cleared the ball off the line to save his keeper in a moment of defensive urgency.

That ball merited a closer look, IMO. I'd like to see where Heinze and the ball were in relation to the line.

I wonder about the Argentine keeper. Maybe a weak link that ends up hurting the team's chances.

At first glance, I didn't think it was a goal, and then I ran it back on my PVR a couple of times. It's near the goal line, but I think his head was definitely outside the net when he made contact.

Germany vs Argentina is going to be a HELL of a match.

Landon Donovan may have scored on the British.

Landon Donovan may have scored on the British.

And I bet The Sun first brought that story up just before the match in Rustenburg.

Here's another link. But you have to sit through an advert first, and put up with Australian accents.

Your second link isn't working, either. This one is working as of 9:30 pm EDT...dunno for how long, tho...

Try this:

Webber crashes.

I happened to be watching the F1 race at the point and frankly wasn't surprised since the (British) announcers were harping on how poorly Weber was doing. Just the last bit of kindling to make the fire catch. OTOH, good thing the carmakers have gone overboard on driver protection.
