Special thoughts and prayers go out to all the Haitian athletes currently in the US -- or anywhere out-of-country, for that matter.

Especially those who haven't been able to get any word about their people back home.

Such outrages in Italy have gone on for years. In 2001, when 18-year-old Nigerian Schengun Omolade took the field for Treviso, fans hoisted a banner that said, ''We don't want a black player on our team,'' and then left the stadium.

That's seriously f*cked up.

Wow. Morons.

I understand Wade is a top class player but did anyone believe he could drive a nationwide restaurant chain? Didn't some other athletes, a number of highly recognized name brand stars, try years ago to replicate Hard Rock Caf and failed miserably?
