NBA Pick 'Em Week 11: City Edition Edition: There are four games to pick in a light post-Christmas NBA week: Two on TNT Thursday and another two on NBA TV this weekend. In the Pace Mannion NBA Pick 'Em, I accidentally missed picking the first four games and it was the best decision I ever made -- every other player scored from 0 to -40 on them. I retake first at 288 and win the week with 34. Ufez Jones is in a close second at 286 and Howard_T third at 258. Put on your new NBA City Edition jersey and make your predictions.

Redditor Proves FSU Ineligible to Play Bowl: Six-win Florida State should not be allowed to play in a bowl game this year, a Reddit user discovered. One of its six wins was against FCS school Delaware State, which fails the NCAA's criteria of awarding "at least 90% of the FCS scholarship limit" and thus does not count towards a victorious opponent's bowl eligibility. Three bowl eligible teams failed to report this -- Buffalo, Western Michigan and UTSA -- so the Seminoles will play the Walk-On's Independence Bowl against Southern Miss.

NBA Pick 'Em Week 10: I Wish It Was Christmas Today Edition: The NBA TV week has two games Thursday, two Friday and five on Christmas Day. In the Pace Mannion NBA Pick 'Em, the top three stay the same but Ufez Jones takes a larger lead. Newest owner Scooby10672 wins the week with 67 and continues to ketchup. For Christmas this year I want Dirk Nowitzki to return to 2011 form. Make your picks and be good for goodness sake.

Why don't we care about the biggest sex abuse scandal in sports history?: “The case of Larry Nassar, certainly the largest [sports sexual abuse] scandal in scale, has generated a fraction of the mainstream media coverage that was devoted to the Sandusky and Baylor stories. Why that is is worthy of inspection.”

Sorry celestial Sachin but Virat Kohli has taken command of the space fleet: Kohli is close to being the first batter to rank top for Test, ODI and 20/20 formats simultaneously. "Kohli is in the middle of something extraordinary, performing at an all-format plateau beyond the reach of any other player in the current era."

Neil deGrasse Tyson on Russell Wilson's Lateral: "The lateral that @DangeRussWilson threw to @MikeDavisRB in Sunday’s @Seahawks @Eagles game was a legit 'Galilean Transformation.' In their reference frame, the ball went backwards. It’s not their fault they ran forward faster than the ball." Wired has more.

CFL Playoff Pick 'Em, Final Standings: Sorry this is so late. The last thing I remember is giddily marching up Yonge Street with the Argos victory parade on Sunday night. Next thing I know it's Thursday morning and I'm waking up at the Fabricland in Newmarket. Nurse your hangovers and find out the results inside.
