I do not agree with a lot of you guys, saying that weed is OK. There was a family on my block that was involved in an auto accident, where the perp was sky high on grass. If you still think its ok talk to your local insurance agent, get the stats.

Some of you guys always come up negatave about any thing. Is that how you get your kicks? Come on, these are talented people, they entertain those of us who need to think about something other than people getting killed or druggies hurting inocents in order to get money to make a "buy". GET A LIFE!

Say what you want about Barkley, he never brought shame to himself, his teammates or basketball. Congrats to a deserving gentleman!

Oh my gosh, what some guys say to sell tickets or get quoted in the media. What ever happened to, "if you can't say something nice, keep your mouth shut". This statement does no good for baseball, or for that matter sportsmanship.

Good luck Mike, You deserve better. Perhaps the "U of I" want wins more than responsible student athletes.

Just tell the NFL to stay the hell out of southern California. We have had enough of Al Davis, Georgina Frontiera and the like. You have taken us before .......so get lost!

Thank you Mike Dulleavy for giving the Los Angeles area an exciting basket ball team to watch. And don't forget Elgin Baylor the GM, who is a former Laker super star.

Now do you know why we don't need another team in the LA area? When the NFL cleans up their act we will reconcider

It would have been nice to include the coach of the L.A.Clippers. He has taken an obscure team and made them a "contender".

Just to let you know, basements are not usualy in the homes of southern California. VIOLA, EARTHQUAKE COUNTRY.

If you are like me, then give up on pro football. I will not pay one penny to support a bunch of over paid steroid loaded, knife weilding, gun toting hoods, posing as a sportsman. They have been pampered throughout life because of their athletic ability, they think any thing they do will go unpunished. To hell with them! I get more pleasure watching college games than paying to kiss Tagliabue's a--.30

At last they severed the tie in to a childs movie. Smooth move, now we go out and spend a bundle of $ on new shirts etc., that will mean more money, to get some talented players. WAY TO GO HENRY!

Shaq took ofence to the remark Kobie made about Shaq getting away with the same thing that he was charged with. From that point on, there was disrespect and anger neither could overcome. So management had to choose which one would be more productive in the long run, they chose the younger. As to the remark about Shaq not having won another "ring", neither has Kobie!

Lets put things in context: When Elgin Baylor scored 71 there was no three point basket! Did anyone count the number of 3s that Kobie got, if you did subtract that number from the 81, if it is less than 71, it gets an *. Elgin was the definition of a "Team" player, remember he took early retirement to make room on the Lakers roster in order to help them win their first LA title.

As a former Detroit resident, who remembers Doak Walker, Bobby Lane, Buddy Parker, Jack Christensen, etc, who also went to Charleston High School with Russ Thomas I hope that somehow the "Silver and Blue" can produce the results that made them " The Team" of the late 40s and early 50s. My doubt still remains about Matt Millen.

Its hard to believe that attendance is as reported. At the Arrowhead Pond of Amaheim, in the 12 year history of the "Mighty Ducks" prior to the work stopage, the anounced attendance was usualy 17,173 (standing room only). This no longer the case, now it is in the order of 10,000 to 12,00, the only exception is when the "LA Queens visit.

The sad part is, the fact that the "Fans" seem to enjoy the rough stuf. I have seen all of the "Mighty Ducks" home games, and the crowd roars its approval when a fight interupts the flow of the game. THIS IS NOT HOCKEY, if this happened on the on the street they would be arrested. The officials seem to not care, they permit it as long as both are standing. FIX THE RULES!
