Smoltz please this guy is a goose ..... hahaha I can't stop laughing the fact that he has done is times before and never gotten hurt just proves my point. I once had teased some girl in high school and she wacked me with her chair as i walked past ment i had to sit out that game because my knee was swollen from it.

I think we should let them play seven games just so coaches like me can watch the CLINIC that is the spurs. They moved the ball, shifted the defence, Detriot just played pick roll, iso basketball BORING I'm sorry how good are they on defence we are talking abotu a team that just drives and dishes for the most part of the game. Who was guarding Bowen and why if the guy is hot are you stepping off to help, this just seemed fundamentally wrong his man should have played straight up to help def. and let the rest help out on the drive. I'm a high school coach but seemed pretty clear to me.

As mch as this is a distrubance to the group of many sports nuts on here its is a bit more creative than that guy a few weeks ago writing poo poo everywhere. At least this guy got our attention with a recent possible headline, I don't recommend this it did make me giggle as to the people it would have gotten....plus I support Southampton so I know my season is down the toilet.

This is a guy I think must of struggled in High School I mean what a bust he should have just gone to college, yet from what I've seen I reckon he never had the grades. There is a reason why kids play college ball: 1) to get an education 2) to learn how to become an adult 3) for some to get some pro ball game It is sad to say that these 3 things will escape Kwame Brown

The EPL is the best league in the world, from top to bottom better standard of players, doesn't have the 2 team comp. like Spain or Italy. And the comp even with Chelsea knowing they could wrap up the league still were in a position to lose it as well from the gunners. The comp is close even look at not just the top of the table but the figh for Euro spots, even the fight to stay in the EPL is close. From top to bottom the EPL is a far better league to watch, better standard, no diving wogs every 2 seconds like Italy/Spain can't stand them diving on the ground all the time slowing the game down.

Chelsea what a joke they are going to win the EPL buy having a bigger check book than the others.... thats just stupid i was upset when the Gunners won with about 8 internationals and no youth league players of thier own. As much as I hate to say it, it was good to see the Devils win it a few years ago with players like Becks, Giggs, Neville's and Scholes cos these players came in at the bottom level Manchester worked with them to make them a strong team, yes they added in other players but the strength of the core were Manchester Youth boys. Chelsea got a fat wallet and went out and got whoevet they needed to win any club could that...even my saints if they had 100 billion dollars could by a team that could win thats easy..... joke the EPL needs to do something about this the good get better and bad get shat on.

Can't see the mavericks being a sleeper team in the play-offs but I think the West will like all the media on the 8th in the East as it has taken a little of the edge of teams like Houston, T-Wolves I mean there are few poor performances this year in the NBA by some teams and i think they are lucky that the coverage has been in the East. the rockets must play well or they are bust, Spurs can use the Duncan got hurt if they don't win, Kings thats my smokey look out for them they are impressive without C-Web. the East is the shit fight this year Detriot, Indiana, Heat, Nets warming up. Look out for sleepers like the Bulls even without curry, deng they I think could surprise, Nets are hot right now so too are Indiana/Boston these teams I think will sneak in under the radar a bit.

That the NBA can survive with NY and LA in the play-offs, I was just interested in what people were thinking ont his as a question? Can the NBA and basketball pull in crowds in less dominated basketball areas such as miami (baseball, football), Texas (football), Denver, Seattle places where basketball is not the major sport. Or is basketball healthy at this time of the year because there is no Hockey..

But I have always enjoyed ESPN MNF preview show that was good went in depth about match-ups if they combine these two which I heard they are going to then it should make for a good combo. ESPN will have everything soon anyway so we might as well sit back get cable and just deal with it.

Lets not tamper with the 3 pt line too much the only suggest is to move to international length. I know from when I played US high school ball the line is too short I was a mid range shooter who struggled from long range, yet with the line where it was my ppg went up by 6-8pts. If you moved the line to international range maybe the team USA would not struggle so much at international tournaments, make it the same for the NBA. I know they changed it in the NBA but then put it back, they complain about low scores and they let youplay zone D, and make the 3pt line longer....how does that work???

Unless he had said wether the person died I don't think we would have known...I mean if some posted them up as a crash photo without saying death on them do you think we would have been able to tell if he died in that crash no. I think an image that showed a man falling from a building, being shot (impact) thats tastless and shows no heart but please how many of you clicked that extra link to have a look.......YOU ALL DID to see if it was graffic the world of sports we want to see everything, instant replay, highlight reels, dvd s of events, web pages for the sports image addicted we want to it and then we are basturds when some says the word death, you pussy lot don't ask for it if you don't want it.

Nobody should die playing a sport ever, I say that and my grandfather had a heart attck on his favourite golf course at 65. But if it was possible to protect these players from such spinal injuries I think the NFL would have come up with it, they seem to cover every other base don't they... no celebrations, long ad breaks, super bowl half time show I mean they think of everything else.....

No but really CAVS and Phil good fit he is a proven winner and Silas man this guy is going to jump to another team screw them up and then move on again....he is like a virus Also does anyone have info on where the real tactical master behind Phil is, you know TEX WINTER where is he coaching now who's right hand man is he ?? or is he just working on his golf swing..

The MLB oops i mean NBA i can't tell the difference anymore players are playing every where these days and changing jerseys in press conferences saying the same old line 'I'm glad that (insert team) were able to get me here and i think that (insert players name) and (insert team name) will be exciting to watch'. Same old thing each time, I'm over it whatever happened to staying and playign for your team it just stupid, the last image i will have Karl Malone is him struggling to run up and down the floor in Yellow, not purpule of the Utah Jazz, Laker Yellow thats not an image i want, I want to remember Purple pick and rolls. Its goten stupid players moving and shifting because they are un happy and demand a trade, play for the team your dealt for, I can see it now Okafor won't stay at the Bobcats and Lebron if he don't get a championship in 3 yrs well he will certainly not be a Cav. Come on guys whatever happen to being a (insert team) for LIFE.

Well we all know who one out of this trade what is the damn NBA owners doing your kidding?? the world is nutty. I was concerned when Golden State moved him on due to the fact he was a rookie I can understand you can be happy with yourself, Washington he was moving on in his career and they took a big punt not to keep him but Sac he was a damn All-Star. the only way i can see that this is smart is on the grounds he has had a lot of niggling injuries over the past 2-3 seasons. the EAST suddenly are now a force int he NBA as the big men shift so does the power i think

I have said this already can Moss pull a TO. Look at TO now we praise the almighty when we mention his name he took the striving Phily and made them true contenders to a PAT title. Remember old TO, remember the 'run sets for me' TO, who kicked gatorade buckets, cursed out coaches and teammates no we don't we just remember how good he played witht he Eagles well i'd like to Moss do the same. GROW UP RANDY show us something different a be a WR not WM (wide mouth) shut your trap catch balls and help be a leader not a kid that just gets in the way. hopefully some westcoast sunshine my break is cold heart and turn him into a football player not a Pop Warner whiner who needs a smack on the bum from Dad. ...Don't make me take my belt off.....

Lets not start comparing players i know as sports NUTS we all like to see how many points a rookie Jordan got compared to a Lebron and a Bosh/Garnett duel i think was always on the cards. but we need to take into acount time/year/style/coach/offence...do you think that the Raptors with no VC a poor shooting, crap point guard team is going to feed the ball anywhere else but done Bosh's throat all game of course they are. Garnett they put him in a team and tried not to rush him so quickly in a side that was chock full of shooting guards the an spent more time rebounding than anything else.
