Hidden: Hawaii Bowl Victory.: QB Colt Brennan has had an impressive run. From his stats, you would think he will go high in the draft. I'm sure the nay-sayers will point to his obscurity for playing out in the islands and padded stats due to Hawaii's weak Pac-10 schedule.
come on guys, weak schedule, that is so out side the borders of NCAA Division I Football. 58 touchdowns in any league, weak or not, is still unbelievable. Brennan with most certainly get a shot at the Pros and judging by what he has shown these last years will do OK. Lots of really great QB's didn't play in leagues like the Big 10, Pac 10, SEC and ACC. He will do according to his ability and the players he is put with.

I agree with ucla, take Tony Romo for example. He played at Eastern Illinois. Enough said.

Timmy Chang also put together fantastic numbers for the same school, and the only thing on his pro resume is being released by the Eagles.

Big college numbers do not always translate into success at the pro level. Texas Tech quarterbacks have posted 3 of the 6 greatest passing yardage seasons in I-A history in recent years, and of Kliff Kingsbury, B.J. Symons, and Sonny Cumbie, only Kingsbury is still in the NFL, and Cumbie went undrafted, to go along with Chang's lack of success at the next level. Just sayin'....

Are we to expect a Yahoo! link on the Front Page for every bowl game? 'Cause that would really suck.

Comparing Colt to Chang, though, look at the ammount of interceptions Colt threw vs. Changs NCAA record number. Colt is much more accurate. I think he will be staying for one more year anyway. Im not saying he is going to be a great pro, im just saying he is a very talented QB.
