this comes as a surprise to me. how does this shake up the rest of the top 10? i know new orleans is entertaining trade offers for the #2. I'd love to see the pack trade javon walker and their #1 for the chance at bush. as much as i like a.j. hawk, they need a gamebreaker not only in the slot and in the backfield, they could use his returning skills. even then, the saints could still get a useful guy at 5 (say ferguson), as the titans are almost definitely taking a QB and the niners want vernon davis in a bad way. well, a guy can dream anyway...

i think this is the worst the texans could've done, i cant believe it!! they could've at least traded down a couple spots and still got this guy!! but how do you pass up on potential superstars like bush or young, man!!!! no wonder we dont win shit!! the guys in charge are retarded!! i think Millen could have done better than that.

Chuy... I think you are being a little bit too critical. I wanted to see Bush in a Texans uniform also, BUT Williams will be a greatplayer on defense. Domanick Davis has had three straight 1000 yard seasons. I think if the Texans pair him with someone, it will be LenDale White, if he slides into second round. However, the Texans draft turns out, It won't be as bad as the Lions. Millen WILL do a lot worse, as the Ford family is pulling the strings! The Lions will be mediocre at best, because they are beyond help (at least in this draft). One thing is sure, this will be a long draft...a lot of last second deals to be made!

Michael Irvin is on ESPN right now crying about the Texans passing on Reggie Bush. Say it's crazy. I don't know about that. They already had Domanick Davis and if anyone is familiar with how to get the most of a running back, it's Gary Kubiak (by way of the Broncos.) I think they needed offensive line help more than anything else, but they really didn't need Bush. Despite what the analysts say, he's not Gayle Sayers or Barry Sanders just yet.
