Accept the cash...just don't deliver: It is ok for Nigerian football referee's to accept bribes, it isn't ok for them to actually execute the bribe. Hmmm, is that good advice?

In fact, accept cash from all sides, get feted by lobbyists, make a lot of promises to get votes, and then don't deliver. Politics all over the world described in one sentence.
