Hidden: This is just a 'Traffic' situation, right?: Or so Marcus Vick says. Were I to be driving while my license was suspended, they'd convict me of driving while suspended AND speeding. Who says these cops aren't contributing to delinquent behavior also? That's what I think, but I'm just a fan of sporting events, and my posts get pulled off this hokey blog.

Get off your soapbox. Driving while suspended usually requires a court appearance and a fine. I can see why your posts get pulled since you don't seem to be opening up a worthwhile discussion just another opportunity to rail against the "spoiled athlete".

You: Were I to be driving while my license was suspended, they'd convict me of driving while suspended AND speeding. Article: Vick must pay $236 in fines and court costs for driving 38 mph in a 25 mph zone without a valid license on Dec. 17. WTF are you talking about? He didn't get away with anything.

Uhh, yeah. Sounds pretty much just like a traffic situation.

...this hokey blog. I would hardly consider this group 'blog to be any sort of fanclub for Virginia Tech. We belong to the Wahoo set.

We all have plenty to say about "spoiled athletes", I'm sure, but this seems to me to be a non-story. Traffic situation, and nothing more. 38 in a 25? We have all been there and done that. At least he wasn't going 125 on the interstate, like Ricky Williams used to brag about. Marcus Vick is not a good guy, but this traffic incident is not why.

All the bashing aside, does anyone actually think Marcus will ever get drafted? Before the 6th or 7th round? This dud(e) is a walking discipline problem waiting to explode on whatever poor team is desparate enough to draft him.

That's what I think, but I'm just a fan of sporting events, and my posts get pulled off this hokey blog. Your post was doing so well, right up until you started to whine. And just as an aside, you might want to contact The Internet Hockey Database. You (based on the name you give in your profile) seems to have been left off the 1974-75 (or 1975-76) Green Bay Bobcat's team roster. I'm sure they'd love to update their database with the missing information.

All the bashing aside, does anyone actually think Marcus will ever get drafted? Two words: Lawrence Phillips 'nuff said.
