Hidden: Plenty of quit in the Packers and Farve: Talk about the trend continuing. The Eagles were decimated with 10 injured starters including Mcnabb. Farve was at the helm for the Packers dismantling on Monday night. Whats with the monday night spankings as of late? Should this be Farves last sign he needs to understand that its time to go?
It's just sad that the most experienced player on the team is the PUNTER this season. I know how about using the no-offence offence: PUNT ON 1ST down for field position scheme. Green Bay's also going to have many 'wagon-jumpin prawn snarfers' to go with Detroit's depressed bunch. I just hate to see Farves' career end with a severe spanking from seattle New years.

Being in Wisconsin(Favre fan but not a packer fan) I get to see all the packer games and physically I think Favre is more than capable of playing well but he's been make some awful decisions this year. He may have went senile. Pretty much every pick leaves you saying WTF was he thinking.

Favre's fine. The Packers stink. Of course he's going to throw a boatload of interceptions when a) he's always playing from 21+ pts behind, and b) he has no receivers, and c) the other team is not worried about the horrible threat of the Pack's 5th string running back. It's the way it goes. A good quarterback is maybe necessary, but he still can't win the game by himself.

If any of you are Green Bay Packer fans, and I mean ARE TRUE fans, then you will understand that the players, coaches and the front office, is trying to give the best presentation on the football field. They probably play with the most heart of any team that has been in the precarious position they have been in this year. It is just you can't get the best results with bits and pieces... And as far as Brett retiring? He will be back... He has too much fight left in his blood to go out this way. He is the best "will-to-win" quarterback playing today. The Packers are the most injury-riddled team in the NFL right now. So don't finger point to any individual for the cause to their downfall. They just don't have the chemistry with all of the mixed lineups they have had to use this year...
