Tony Romo placed on leave by CBS Sports following arrest: He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody, booked and released. The sheriff's office said Romo had an open container of alcohol in his black Jeep. Court records show Romo was later cited for refusing "to take test for intoxication after arrest."
I think Romo's broadcast career will survive this but he's a reckless idiot for getting behind the wheel after drinking.
Fantasy guru and longtime defense attorney Drew Davenport offered his analysis. His conclusion: "The case is like a law school exam. There are good arguments on both sides. If he's got no history it'll be pled down to something minor and will end up as nbd."
