Boy, you Ranger fans really have to stretch for good news if 2 fans getting beaten up by Islander fans makes you happy.

oem - have you seen the Rangers play? not pretty - they're used to beatings. the fans can rejoice that at least those 2 guys in rangers jerseys weren't being overpaid millions.

Just this past November, I had the opportunity of attending a New Jersey Devils game...what struck me as slightly odd was that, despite the fact that the opposing team that night was Pittsburgh, every so often the crowd would chant "RANGERS SUCK!" One can only imagine what they'd do if they had two Ranger fans disguised as Santas on the ice.
