I know, I know, it's premature (confetti begins coming down) but as a Celtics fan, am I crazy in preferring a Celts-Cav matchup?

I know the Raptors are getting spanked right now, but their bench against the Celtics would scare me.

This is why I was hoping the Pacers would get past the Cavs in the first round.

As a Raptors fan, I would never want to face Lebron James. I don't care how "bad" his supporting cast is, he can take over entire games and do things like he did last night.

I hear lots of fans being disappointed that the Raptors are (probably) going out to the Cavs again. To me, it's like being disappointed that Michael Jordan's team knocked you out of the playoffs. For the past 7 seasons, nobody can stop him from getting to the championships, and the fact that he might do it for an eighth consecutive season really isn't that surprising.

It just cements his legacy even more as one of the three greatest NBA players in history (your order may vary).

Proposed new rule for the NBA:
- Lebron James shall henceforth forward give defenders at least a chance to defend him.

I quite agree with Jeremias. Celtics vs Cavs could prove to be a much better matchup for Boston. An old fart like me goes back to the days when the Celtics defense would have to deal with such as Elgin Baylor, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, and the like. These guys were unstoppable, but the Boston method was to make the superstar work for his points, make him work hard on defense, and make sure the lesser lights on his team did not go off for a big game. Boston's success against the Cavs depends on how well they can do that. Keep Kevin Love, J R Smith, and the others down, let LeBron get his 35, and things should turn out well.

It didn't work for the Pacers.

Nobody on the Cavs scored 20 points in ANY of the games against the Pacers, except for Lebron James.

And yet the James and the Giant Backpack (since he carried them) still made it to the next round.

Speaking of the Cavs, here's a commercial that features all of the others not named Lebron James. Get to know them.

Bummer. Sorry for sharing something that doesn't work for you. What about this one?

I think SNL is not available in Canada because their need for satire is not as urgent as ours at the moment.
