Considering starting a crowdfunding campaign to allow LaVar to keep on doing exactly what he's doing.
Even take it up a notch if possible.
I don't care who wins. I just want 'em to keep going as long as possible. I'm a believer in the principle of nut neutrality.

NHL Power Rankings: The Team Apology Edition

Criminy, hockey journalists/bloggers are the laziest writers alive. All this writer had for the Hurricanes was a 20 year old dig on the logo*? This guy wasn't even trying. What next, a swipe at attendance? How edgy!

How about an apology that covers sitting your leading scorer for an entirety of an overtime period? But I guess that would've required the writer to actually pay attention to the Hurricanes. It's fine if writers don't want to do that, but at least *try* to come up with something new and original. It's all I ask.

* - And it's a great logo. I defy any of you graphic artists in attendance to come up with something better. I love the offset colors that create the 3D puck in the center.

Any of these are better. #stillbitter

The Hartford Whaler's logo (and name) is probably the epitome of perfection for both name and logo. It's inner circle hall of fame for sports names/logos. It's the Wayne Gretzky/Babe Ruth/Michael Jordan of names/logos.

Comparing anything to it is unfair. The only one that comes close is the Minnesota Vikings name/logo.
