He didn't break a bat flip unwritten rule. Is there one for insufficient haste?

Went looking for today's USMNT game on the cable box. Found it on a screen asking me for $24.99. There are heroin addicts who would laugh at that kind of salesmanship. F off.

USMNT should be on BeIN. I was going to watch it on my phone at work, but figured it would take 2.5GB of my data plan and I thought better of it.
At home, I have a few websites that list people re-distributing online feeds. These feeds come with many pop-up ads you can't block and a virus now and again. Definitely do not do unless your protection software is up to date and willing to close a dozen ads during the game. Definitely worth it now and again, especially when there is no legal way to get the game.

Oh, come on.
There have been LOTS of brawls caused by players walking slowly after hitting a home run.
Three immediately pop into my head:
Odor dodges immediate criticism from the catcher for pimp-walking because all of Odor's teammates rush the field for the walk-off. If that happens in the top of the inning, I wonder if Zunino has some words for Odor as he gets to home plate.
The last game the Rangers play against the Mariners in Seattle is on September 8th. The proper protocol would seem to be for them to throw at Odor late in that game...

There's an easy way to keep guys from showboating home runs...don't give them up. If pitchers can fist pump and hoot and holler after strikeouts without repercussions, there's no reason why a batter can't watch the ball he just crushed...and the fact that AL pitchers don't bat makes them throwing at guys for stuff like this the ultimate in cowardice. Make your teammates take the brunt of your hurt feelings...chicken shit...

I asked the question knowing there probably was one. There's an unwritten rule for everything in baseball.
Odor dodges immediate criticism from the catcher for pimp-walking ...
True, but the infielders and pitcher all had a chance to make objections known. I was wondering if that would happen.
After the Bautista punch anybody who challenges Odor knows it could get real in a hurry because of his quick temper. I'll be surprised if he gets plunked.

Me too. Then I searched Twitter and found out it was on BEIN, which I pay for. Don't know why Comcast Xfinity steered me to pay when it was available already. That doesn't usually happen.

That's exactly why Seattle would plunk him. He'll come running out to the mound (or Izzy-Alcantara the catcher first) and get an even LONGER suspension.
