Docket is a shining example of the overprivileged athlete who thinks his comfort and convenience are the only things of importance in the world. If I am a prosecutor or defense attorney in Arizona, as soon as his name appeared on a list of potential jurors, I would challenge for cause. What cause? How about being a blathering idiot? I would think there is no way this man could pay attention to what is being said in the trial to allow him to make a judgement. Let him sit in the pool, do not excuse him from reporting to the court and staying for the full day, but never let him be part of a jury.

We'll have to hear from tahoe or others on this, but I'm assuming that if he was empaneled and is tweeting this bullshit, the trial process is cooked and they'll have to regroup with new jurors.
I would like to see it be an arrestable offense. Contempt of court or something. Make him pay the costs of reconvening the case(s).
In a way, it's the legal system's own fault. Summoning a guy named Darnell Docket to a court proceeding is like visiting a whorehouse with Dick Paradise. There's no way to know what'll come of it.

I just escaped the process here in NH and that was definitely on the list of Don't F'in Do It, so it would be surprising if real. I'd assume "Im am double parked in a handicap spot out side this court house in a 450k car with a registered pistol" would get someone's attention, but it's Arizona, which is like a snow-free New Hampshire, so never mind. Also: go fuck yourself.

Contempt of court or something.
It's certainly not true in all jurisdictions, but I remember reading something about a juror who deliberately tried to get out of jury duty by deliberately messing up a trial. I do not remember any details, but I remember something about a contempt finding and a heavy fine.

Darnell Docket is tweeting live updates from jury duty. "Dude is innocent in my book. It's all he say and she say. ... I just told this guy Im hungry and he's like I can't leave."
