Pitcher: How do we pitch to Miguel Cabrera?
Catcher: I don't know, but whatever you do, don't throw it in the strike zone.
Pitcher: Okay, sounds like a plan. We're safe if we give him something he can't hit.

Sorry, but I've just determined that this .gif is lying.
When you break out the .gif into individual frames, you can read some of the names on the ghostly images.
One of them is #58 Papelbon.
He's never given up a home run to Cabrera.

Papelbon hasn't given up a regular-season home run to Cabrera, but it might have been this one.

Hmmm..I think you might be right, Etrigan.
The other guys that I was able to identify (Tommy Hunter, Jeanmar Gomez) did give up home runs to Cabrera (in the regular season).
And I found the original post, and he doesn't detail who the others are in the composite gif.

Those fans are so non-nonchalant, like they've seen six simultaneous home runs before.

Nonchalant fans you say?

#frozenyogurt is all over Twitter after Matt Fraser's game winner in OT last night. He admitted his lunch in Providence just before his call up was a double chicken burrito with guacamole (no cheese) and frozen yogurt for dessert. Chipotles is now the new training table.
After Boston hit the crossbar 3 times in last night's game, a rumor was going around that had Montreal won in OT, the 3 stars would have been #3 - whoever scored the game winner; #2 - Carey Price; #1 - The Crossbar.
