I'll miss the old Jax Jags unis, but the new ones seem more appropriate for the warrior cadre of an automotive accessories empire.

(Gabbert is going to look so rugged and unstoppable in his new garb).

Uncatchable, even.

Hate the unis. The two-tone helmet is bizarre, and they've tricked out all the numbers with a font that belongs on an '80s heavy metal album cover.

Hate to disagree but I think the new unis look pretty bad ass. The faded paint job on the helmet is something new that I would like to see more teams implement.

Too bad the new look is going on a *bad team.

*Bad meaning bad not bad meaning good

Bad news for Real Madrid : they just got hammered 4-1 in Germany.

Good news for Real Madrid : they did better than Barcelona.

Steve Logan is a blues fan, the former head football coach for East Carolina University, quarterback coach for BC when Matt Ryan was QB there and some sort of coach for the TB Bucs and he's also the best damn radio in the biz. He's on 99.9 the Fan in Raleigh right now, talking about the draft. Listen to him online here: espntriangle.com/ and click on the Listen Live box for 99.9 on the left side of the page. Seriously, if you are a football fan, listen to this guy.

Victor Martinez decides that a home plate collision isn't the best idea when you are coming off an ACL injury that meant you missed an entire season.

I'm in favor. The home-plate collision is one of the worst (on-field) things about baseball.

Doesn't hurt that the Tigers won anyway.
