The Toronto Raptors have adopted a soccer-style 3-D sign illusion.

Lamar Odom's line from last night's Mavs/Lakers game: 24 minutes, 0-3 FG, 1 point, 1 rebound, 1 assist.

It's getting to where I can't even watch the Mavs play when he's on the court.

I'm surprised there isn't a similar thing on the ice/boards at hockey games.

For now, the TV broadcasts of some FSN hockey games have the superimposed ad on the glass/netting behind each net.

It's clever, and I'm curious of the tech used, since the baseball version requires a solid green background behind home plate, and that wouldn't work on the glass/netting at hockey arenas.

Baseball-Reference.com has now added Negro League Baseball statistics.

Obviously, there are some holes in the data, but it's yet another amazing addition to the best source for baseball information in the world.

Next step? Maybe Japanese league data?

Lionel Messi just became Barcelona's all time leading scorer with 234 goals.

Here are all of them.

#19 is that goal.

Wisconsin was clueless on that last possession.

They looked rather clueless in a lot of possessions. Too bad.

I couldn't believe Wisconsin didn't call a time out in the final seconds. Their possession had pretty much stalled out.
