They're trying to prejudice the jury pool.
That's the only thing I can think of at this point. Unless they just want everyone to think Sandusky is utterly insane.

Thus far, this Big 10 championship game has been very entertaining.
WTF moment of the night: why isn't the ACC championship game on broadcast TV here in the heart of ACCland? I have the Big 10 game and the OK/OK State game, but no ACC game. Huh?

Strangest play I've ever seen at a football game. The touchdown resulting was the difference in the game. And that kick returner is never, ever going to see the end of this highlight.

Nice heads up play by the kicking team AND the ref for paying attention.
Also, good on the kicking team for not just DESTROYING the guy as he stood there. He was completely vulnerable and was in position to get creamed.
