Editing Your Own Posts and Comments: Graymatters writes, "I think it is totally unfair that rcade gets to go back and correct the errors in his posts when they are pointed out. Unless of course, there is a way that I could do the same thing?" I agree. How much time do you folks want the editing window to remain open on your own posts and comments? Do you also want to be able to delete?

Currently, you have 10 minutes to edit your own post or comment. The Pantheon has forever minutes.

Can the non-Pantheon have rollover minutes?

Have you given any thought to doing a thorough proofread in the Live Preview window before hitting Post Comment? Yes, it takes some extra moments, but if you are that strapped for time... If you later discover some additional material that you would want to include in your post, just put in a new post, reference the initial one, and include the new material. Just because you can't change things after a certain time doesn't mean you subsequently can't say what you intended.

I think we're going to double the editing window to 20 minutes.

I agree with that change.
EDIT: I disagree with that change.
EDIT: Wait, St Patrick's Day is tomorrow?

I'm happy with the current window for editing comments (5 minutes I think?).
It might be nice to have an appropriately scaled editing window for posts. Maybe 1 hour or some such.
