Woman Mistaken for Cricket Match: An American Twitter user called TheAshes has been mistaken for The Ashes, receiving hundreds of misdirected messages. "I am not a freaking cricket match!" wrote the exasperated woman, whose plight has inspired a #gettheashestotheashes movement, a T-shirt and an offer of a free flight to Australia from Qantas Airways.
She's good to go, as long as the Qantas craft that takes her there isn't sporting any of those recently newsworthy oil-sumping Rolls-Royce Airbus engines.
Anyone who has ever owned a British car would probably be perfectly comfortable getting on the plane. What British motor or engine doesn't have an amusing little oil-related issue now and then?

Most of the British cars in North America were built by Ford. I'd take a modern British car against most of the crap we're spewing out these days. Plastic dashboards and live axles, good grief.

A couple of funny tweets:
# I may not know anything about cricket, but my mom doesn't know anything about the internet...
# @luvshorses68 Don't be ridiculous mom. People are just having fun. Dont reply to anyone.
