Chelsea have hit the frame of the Portsmouth goal five times in the first half of the FA Cup.
Salomon Kalou has managed probably the worst miss I've seen since Ronny Rosenthal - Kalou hit the crossbar from two yard inside the six yard area, with no one between him and the goal.
Drogba did some comedic slapping of the post and crossbar after his toe-poke under David James came back off the upright - it'd be amusing if Portsmouth score an in-off-the-post winner into that goal in the second half.

A witness who accompanied the teen prostitute to Lawrence Taylor's hotel said she was told afterwards by the girl that they never had sex.

Turned out to be Drogba doing the in-off-the-post thing, just minutes after Petr Cech saved a Portsmouth penalty.

Wenger to track players from SPACE in bid to stop Arsenal's injury problems - headline a bit sensational but interesting idea considering the club's injury woes in recent years.

A witness who accompanied the teen prostitute to Lawrence Taylor's hotel
"He's innocent. She's lying. She wasn't raped," she said in the statement.
Hmm, those are not mutually exclusive positions in my mind. Her not being raped, not even having sex doesn't make him "innocent". I know I'm usually complaining about the "Where there's smoke . . ." attitude, but why the hell was she there and how did she wind up with $300 more coming out the door than she had going in?

It always amazes me how famous people with a little money to throw around always find a witness to back up the story the way they want it, regardless of the situation. The questions becomes, why did Taylor, a 50 year old guy, want a 16 year old in his hotel room, and what exactly did he pay $300 for? And why did he say he had sex with her when the authorities first showed up at his hotel door? Lawrence Taylor is a complete fuck-up. Former football great, but present-day douche bag.
On another subject completely, the Yankees' Nick Johnson is injured. I'm SHOCKED! The team thinking he was going to be a replacement for Johnny Damon was nothing short of ridiculous. Johnson will be showing up on disabled lists five years after he retires.

I thought that was Curtis Granderson.
Who is, of course, injured.

Isn't the simplest explanation that he wanted a prostitute and didn't know how old she was? She told the New York Daily News she was instructed by her abusive pimp to tell Taylor she was 19. That doesn't excuse his behavior, but it's a big difference from knowingly molesting a minor.

What's the world coming to when you can't trust pimps and prostitutes? And, as I mentioned, it was Taylor who reportedly said he had sex with the girl, but now there's a "witness" claiming he didn't? Splendid.
And whether it was Johnson replacing Damon, Matsui, or whoever, he's been hurt his entire career. Granderson will come back and pay dividends. If Johnson comes back, all he'll do is get hurt again.
