It sounds like a couple of gadflies who are trying to get some attention, and maybe if they get a judge who will listen to them, a couple of dollars for going away. I don't believe they will prevail, but then you never know what the law will do.

Yes, they are gadflies, and what's scary is that this reached the appeals process. it's the Third Circuit, though, so I think this will get a crushing block.

Talk about opening a can of worms. Fans surely do not have standing to sue over whether a sporting event they witnessed was fairly decided.
