Dwight Howard played the jock card on Skip Bayless.

And Dwight is 100% correct about Skip. Dude makes these absurd comments just about anybody and always thinks that he's always right. I love Tim Duncan as a player and think that he's one of the best PF to ever play the game but at this stage of both their careers, I rather have Dwight on my team.

If anyone cares, I'm 1 for 16 in Roll Up The Rim now ... won a donut. Sweet, hey?

If anyone is stuck for something to listen to right now, the BBC website has coverage of the Europa League game between Fulham and Juventus.

Juve were 3-1 up from the first leg in Turin and then scored in London after two minutes. Since when Cannavaro has been sent off and Fulham have scored three times to tie the leg at 4-4 on aggregate.

If the scores stay like that we'll have extra time and then maybe penalties.

Clint Dempsey just made his return from injury too.

Just as I say that Dempsey has chipped the keeper to make it Fulham 4-1 Juventus on the night and 5-4 on aggregate.

Greatest night in Fulham's football history. Well done.

Quite a return for Dempsey. Glad to see him back.

Dempsey's goal.

Prior link taken down. Much higher quality one here, but perhaps likely to be removed as well.

Dempsey's purple boots were quite fetching.

For Bruins fans on suicide watch, here's a pick-me-up. Oh for a single John Wensink on this team.

Possibly the laziest and most pointless story on a football topic that you'll read all year.

"[P. Diddy] could cover their debt and bankroll a return to the Premier League. He liked the name as well."

To be fair, I'd probably have a similarly silly reason if I had the money to purchase a sports team.

Dempsey's goal was a beauty.

Did you guys see the Messi Show, aka Barcelona 4-0 Stuttgart? Now that was some unreal playing.
