I remember watching Captain Lou Albano ever since I was a little one, he was ultra-violent for those days which I loved. It's a shame that he's gone but he will always remembered...even if it was for having a rubber band pinned to his face.

No one will ever be able to "accessorize" a total personal image with rubber bands the way Capt. Lou did. Favorite old school manager ever. I wonder how much of his look was furnished by the WWF(Before theose tree huggin Wild life people changed it to WWE) and how much was his own style.(or lack of)

Captain Lou will always be a legend among wrestlers who wore office supplies as facial decorations.

Aw, sad. Captain Lou was a great figure in wrestling, but also became a great pop culture figure in general for about a decade. It sounds like he lived life on his terms and really had a pretty good go at it. Congratulations, Lou, for living the life you wanted. Not everyone can say that.
