My only claim to glory is that I was (at some point) in first place in three different months of the season (Max 20 Characters) It's obvious that I'm going down the Steve Charlton career path (1st , 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th). I just can't keep up with the new breed of hockey poolsters.

Yes, grum, you're on the Fibonacci trail of greatness. Next year you'll finish 8th, the year after that, 13th, after that, 21st, and in 2012, they'll have to make a 34th place for you to finish in. Maybe then I'll finish ahead of you.

Yes, grum, you're on the Fibonacci trail of greatness. Can I have mine with lots of cheese.....I love those grilled Italian Sandwiches, those grill mark stripes are really neat. Thanks Chico for running the league you did an excellent job and Thanks to all the Spofites who managed a squad. Winning the league is a Honor, my squad wasn't even mentioned in the list of contenders posted in the locker room right after draft day. Really the win was the result of a lucky speculation. I look forward to defending the title and becoming the 2nd back to back winner in league history. (Grum did it in year 1 and 2) I'm already preparing data for the spread sheets. Thanks Again everyone it was a really fun season.

It's hard to believe that at one point I was all the way up to 6th and was leading in +/- and PIM's. Sometime early mid-season I went into a tailspin and never recovered. In short, fuck you Cheechoo, Toskala, and Marc-Andre Fleury. Man, youse guys just kick my ass in these fantasy hockey leagues, I'm not sure I want to play with you anymore. Well, I still finished ahead of TBH, so that makes it all worth while.

Well, I still finished ahead of TBH, so that makes it all worth while. So, the H2H league wasn't too worthwhile for you, then? Shit, I even resorted to trading away Ovechkin in this league, but never got higher than third-from-last. Stupid hockey.

So, the H2H league wasn't too worthwhile for you, then? Oh, you just had to bring up that monstrosity, didn't you? Fine, here it is for all of the world to see: Yeah, I was too lazy to fill out a html table.

I'm sorry. Like I said, getting tables & information to the place where I am all day long has been difficult. I've been working way too hard, and the pool stuff has suffered, especially the last two or three weeks. I really apologize. Thanks, Frisby.

Really the win was the result of a lucky speculation. Well, you played it smart and things broke the way you thought they would. That's just playing your hand perfectly is all. I, on the other side of the puck, really got pounded in this league near the end after burning through all my games prematurely. I'm not sure it would have made any difference however. But: mistakes were made!

Skunked in the championship game. By the same person as last year. Who I may have also lost to fantasy football or fantasy baseball, I'm not sure which. Chris why do you torture me so? And congrats on the back to back championships.

I, on the other side of the puck, really got pounded in this league near the end after burning through all my games prematurely. I'm not sure it would have made any difference however. But: mistakes were made! That's a classic mistake that someone makes every year in this league. It wasn't as dramatic as two seasons ago when the first place team finished 3rd on the last day of the season as he had no more games left and two teams passed him in the standings.

Some time in January I contracted a terrible disease. That disease was job-with-every-website-blocked-at-workitis. It's has kept me gainfully employed from then to now, but scientists have not found a cure. As a result, my management of the Spofi Fantasy Hockey League the second half of the season could be described as laissez-faire at best. I apologize for that.
Here are the final standings. Many congratulations to skydivedad, who won going away. SpoFi Puckathon IV
