forrestv 2006 SpoFi Fantasy Football champ: Propelled by Larry Johnson's amazing week 17 performance and an unexpectedly dominant Houston D, forrestv defeated yours truly in the finals. Excellent work champ!
I call it Manifest (fantasy football) Destiny (because it sure wasn't skill.) This was the toughest (and largest) league I've ever managed in. Add that to the fact that it came against SpoFites and I'd have to say this title makes it my favorite fantasy title. I feel like Jet Li in "The One." Thanks folks.

The league being so large definitely made it much more of a challenge. There was virtually nobody on the waiver wire, and the teams who managed steals were that much more at an advantage.

I hereby volunteer to commish next year's shindig. Congratulations to forrestv, even though the only reason he won was because of his dirty, double-crossing use of trick plays. Frickin' cheater.

Only a true champion would be able to get only 36 points in the quarterfinal and still be able to win the championship. Congratulations also to yukon on his second place finish. As for me, I'm pleased with where I finished, though number one would have been nice.
