CFL Pick 'Em, Week 10: Folkways rakes in the points in a nice send-off, and the first week that everybody picks against Toronto is the first week in quite a few that Toronto actually pulls off a win. Predictable, really. Take inspiration from the newly-posted SpoFi guidelines and make your Week 10 picks inside.

BC by 6 Montreal by 11 Sask by 10 - my feeling is that most of the Hamilton players want to get the coach fired.

Holy cow, you're kidding me, right? The one time I pick against the Argos all year and mean it, and they come through like Condredge Friggin' Holloway and Terry Greer are still on the field, instead of just old farts dropping in on the sidelines every once in a while. I really am trying, I swear. Come on, big money, no whammies. Edmonton by 5 Montreal by 9 Saskatchewan by 14

This week I'm cutting a deck of cards to make my picks. Red cards = home team, Black cards = visitors, face value of the card (1-13) is the spread. Here goes: Kc it is ... so EE by 13 Ac next ... so Alouettes by 1 finally, a 9c ... so TiCats by 9 Wow! If this wasn't a bye week I'd be on a flush draw!!!

Apologies in advance if this just sounds like an Esks fan venting ... but heads need to roll in Edmonton! Last night wasn't the first time that poor clock management has kept them from scoring at the end of the game or the half. If you're gonna play conservative, play it safe, then snap that ball and kick the field goal on second down while there is still time on the clock! There's more than enough time for two plays with 17 seconds on the clock! What were they thinking???

p.s. it was a botched snap that led to a safety touch that foiled my call on the spread last week too!?!? aye aye aye

Hi kiddie's, I'm Baaacck! Gotta love it when the surgons open you up and say "oh gee, what the MRI showed has somehow healed itself". Having a renewed since of well being I shall continue to kick your asses. BC by 2 Toronto by 25 Sask by 31 Ok these picks don't count but still, its not like I would have been wrong.

Not a bad week, really, although the B.C. blowout was a bit of a bore. Edmonton-Saskatchewan was okay. Toronto-Hamilton was interesting until Damon Allen showed us that he's at least 75%. The real winner was Montreal-Calgary: back and forth, big plays, lots of last-minute scoring. Sandro DeAngelis came into the game with a season long field goal kick of 52 yards. He would tie that for the game-tying field goal with a minute left, and then break it for a time-expiring, 53-yard, game-winning kick. It was ridiculous. That was a game worth paying ten bucks for.
