Most memorable sporting event I attended: A tie between Game 7 of the Turner Cup Finals in 1998 when the Chicago Wolves defeated the Detroit Vipers for their first IHL Championship and December 26, 2004 when Peyton Manning tied and broke Dan Marino's TD passing record with 49 for the season for the Colts in a come from behind win over the Chargers.

Favorite Teams:

NFL: Indianapolis Colts
NBA: Utah Jazz
MLB: Chicago White Sox
NHL: Colorado Avalanche
College: Saint Xavier Cougars (NAIA)

The Hoser's NFL Picks, Super Bowl Time

Where's the Colts bar in Chicago? I'm a die hard Colts fan in the Chicago suburbs and I'd like to know.

Quick, name a sulking NFL receiver looking bad on the sidelines: Marvin Harrison?

Are you kidding me? Marvin Harrison is a class act. He always keeps to himself on the sidelines!

Bears, Best Team in the NFL?

The Bears are great, but the Colts still rank as the top team in the NFL. The Bears are second.

Could Reggie be losing the heisman?

Take that trophy away from him.

Turning over a new Leaf?

So just because it's Division II means it doesn't matter, huh? At many times, Div. II, Div. III, Div. I-AA and the NAIA have more exciting games to watch than Division I which is constantly packed with blowouts. Sports is sports and this is a good story.

Leinart signs a large contract

Matt Leinart is a low-life. He thinks that just because he came from USC that he should get paid more than people that were drafted AHEAD of him. He was the 10th pick in the draft (and should have been lower) so he should only be the 10th highest paid player. What's so hard to understand about that. Good luck toLeinart on being Arizona's third string quarterback and you'll be out of the NFL this time in two years. I feel bad for the Cardinals orginazation for having to deal with this guy. All the training camp that he has missed will not help, he will be of no use to the Cardinals.

Man says he's tired of being mistaken for MJ.

Yeah right... The guy is a lowlife and should not even have a right to file this case. Complete piece of trash is this Heckard.

Man says he's tired of being mistaken for MJ.

I think this guy has a case... How dare Michael Jordan be famous and look like this guy? If Jordan had any class at all he would have disguised himself thirty years ago and never tried out to play basketball. My heart goes out to Allan Heckard and his family for all the suffering he endured. Jordan should be forced to forfeit all of his money to him.

Bomar gone at OU

I thought Bomar was getting paid for a job that he wasn't actually doing.

Most influential players in NBA History

I like John Stockton and Karl Malone to be added to this list, no one did the pick and roll better than them. And also Larry Bird, the greatest shooter of all time.

Did Roger Clemens deserve a trade back to the Red Sox?

The Dodgers would have to leapfrog four teams to make the playoffs as well.

Did Roger Clemens deserve a trade back to the Red Sox?

How is Houston out of the race, but the Dodgers are still in it? The Dodgers record is only one game better than the Astros. And does no one remember the past two season when the Astros came out of nowhere to win the Wild Card each time and last year they advanced to the World Series. So don't count Houston out, I like their chances better than the Dodgers.

Reynolds gone. Too Bad. Another quality loss for ESPN

ESPN is going completly downhill. Why don't they give all the money they gave to Reynolds to village idiots Dana Jacobson and Jay Crawford. Reynolds has a great baseball mind. Crawford, Jacobson do not know how to conduct interviews.

It's All About The Benjamins Baby

I may have been too harsh on this guy, but really, why is he asking for # 1 money when he wasn't (nor should he have been) the # 1 pick. We are looking at another Rashaan Salaam. Reggie Bush will be getting in trouble with the law and does not deserve a penny. He is already benefitting from multiple endorsements. But Bush isn't even the biggest low-class user. Owner Tom Benson has been taking advantage of Hurricane Katrina ever since it happened. So I apologize for not mentioning Benson before but don't say that Bush isn't taking advantage of the city because he is. And why should a RB be given more money than other positions just because the average career-span is shorter? Runningbacks have every chance to make a full career just like anyone else, look at Curtis Martin. And if Bush does wait until 2007, he would not be selected anywhere close to the first round.
