Spain robbed by linesman: All reports seem to be delighted for Korea but I'm absolutely fuming after seeing a perfectly legal goal disallowed. The decision was so bizarre I was thinking corruption must have something to do with it. Plus Spain were the better team. There should be an investigation.

That's nothing. The World Cup interactive thing has alternative commentaries and recent matches playing on a loop, as well as 'classic' matches. We need it. We don't have Tivos.

I adore the World Cup but even I wasn't that bothered when I learnt I was down for shift at work on Sunday. I want Turkey to win because of this

That's nothing. The interactive TV thing with live streams from five courts is the best. God bless the BBC.

Senegal played badly I thought, but despite all the chances they had Turkey couldn't finish. Maybe they should start with Ilhan next time. Even so, I can't see them beating Brazil. Shame. There's no-one in the final four I can root for. Germany's Germany, Turkey aren't a particularly special side, Brazil aren't at their best and contain the cheat Rivaldo and Spain should have gone through instead of Korea. Damn.

I'm sorry Katullus, I seem to have seen a different match to you. But as it's a matter of opinion there's no point arguing.

Samsonov, I think part of the reason is because no matter how crap Germany are THEY ALWAYS WIN. And they have a history of grinding down more inventive teams. Contrast this with teams like Spain and England, who always lose no matter how strong the players.

I had little sympathy for Italy, even though there were some very dodgy decisions made against them in the group stages. But this error was so blatantly wrong as to bring the whole match into question. And I wasn't even really supporting Spain.

I feel Italy's pain, but the sight of thousands of red-shirted Koreans celebrating was fantastic.

Did anyone else watching on BBC1 find the commentary sickenly pro-US? I had to switch to Radio 5 Live commentary. Well done the US though.
