I can't believe Miami is in trouble again. This football team needs some discipline. The players are out of control. The program should be cancelled for a year or two so the players can be shown some discipline.

This is not a good move because then other sports leagues will follow and then every sport will turn into a big ball of advertising and it will keep getting bigger and bigger.

I hate Stephon Marbury. The guy is a prima donna and a jerk. The guy can't play team ball and is on a terrible team. I can't believe anyone is buying his shoes. I know they're only $15, but if you don't like Marbury, then stand up for what you believe in no matter how small. I hate Marbury and wouldn't wear his shoes if I was paid to. And how did he get that nickname "Starbury" anyway? The guy is a bum and selfish. Some star. If you are a fan of Marbury, there's something wrong with you. I'll stay with my quality $35 shoes without some primadonna's name on it.

I don't think the 50 games was enough. I would have been much happier if he had gotten a one-year suspension.

Culpepper is expected to go to the Raiders but I don't think that would be a good move. Culpepper and Moss didn't get along in Minnesota and I'm sure it will be the same in oakland. Plus oakland's new head coach is an ex o-lineman which means he will probabaly want to run the ball.

this is terrible for sports. Business's shouldn't be buying sports teams and naming them after their products. What's next? The Trojan Condoms?

I'm very suprised that 'Cuse beat Uconn. I'm very happy about it because Syracuse is my team.

I think they could take Bonds' records away like the Bronx Little League baseball team and Danny Almonte.

UNC played great ball against Duke. They totally shut Redick down. I'm very happy that UNC beat Duke because I HATE DUKE (and JJ).

Speed and 3 point shooting will beat height anyday Maybe in college ball, but in the nba, size will always dominate.

This is a good move by MLB. I agree with chicobangs that they should've done this before. There are only about 9% of players in the league that are black. I personally would like to see a more even mix of players from around the world such as whites, blacks, hispanics, and orientals.

I'm glad Boone retired. I'm tired of seeing him doing bad. Not that I like the guy. He just should retire because he can't play anymore.

DukeDykstra- I agree that people should be able to have guns- but that is the stupidest reason I have ever heard of of why people should have guns. Moron.

Commander Cody- Harrington isn't that bad of a QB; he just has a terrible o-line. same with david carr. i think harrington could produce if the lions would improve the o-line.

I know this kid and his coach from a basketball team I played for near Rochester, NY. I didn't even know that this kid was on the team until I saw the tape.

Brees might go to Miami. Miami is willing to spend some money on a quarterback but most likely won't give Brees the 10m he wanted. Culpepper will be the cheaper QB and might go to the Jets who need a QB but don't have the money to get Brees.

I'm sick of Ozzie. A-rod should be able to choose if he wants to play on the Dom. team if he wants. A-rod isn't a Dom., he is Dom. (there is a difference).

In my opinion, wide receivers are the biggest prima donnas in all of sports and TO is the leader of the pack. I don't know how any team would want this guy. I know he has great stats and talent, but he's not worth it if he is going to cause this much trouble.

Manny vs. Tejada Manny (33 years old) 2005 stats- 165 hits, 45 homers, 144 RBI's, 119 SO's, .388 OBP, .292 AVG roughly $19M/y Tejada (29 years old) 2005 stats- 199 hits, 26 homers, 98 RBI's, 83 SO, .349 OBP, .304 AVG roughly $12-13M/y Tejada is the better deal because the BoSox need a shortstop and Tejada is very good on "D" while Manny can barely catch a fly ball. Tejada is also 4 years younger and about $7-8M less per year.

i think the mets overpaid for franco. the guy's 47 and isn't getting any younger. he's getting weaker and slowing down every year. he didn't do much with the braves last year and isn't going to do much this year or next with the mets.

owlhouse- i didn't mean it wasn't better, i meant that it was boring and no one in america (not "the states") cares or is going to watch it. this is an american site and no cares about soccer here.

we, the united states of america, have our own way of life that doesn't include soccer. it does include measering in feet and miles, and weighing in pounds. and we DON'T cal our selves "the states", chicobangs, so go bang on your chicos and shut up about holland and Cote d'Ivoire.

athletes and celebs should give at least 10% if not more. but the gov. should be the one to help the needy. the gov. doesn't need to spend billions every year one the military. some of that money can go to schools and th homeless and poor countries. but don't get me wrong; i'm not a tree-hugging hippie. we should still give a lot of our tax dollars to the military because if the US's army is suddenly smaller, a lot of countries are going to try to kick our ass. but to wrap up, the gov. shouldn't leave all the charity work to the rich.
