Click for Cans.: Go to the link, click on your favorite team's helmet, and Campbells Chunky will donate one can of food (up to 5 million) to the hungry. You can do it once per day. Right now, the total is almost three million, so there's still plenty of clicks to go. And no, they don't ask for any information from you. (via AnilDash).

I think websites like this are great. But it really makes me wonder why Campbells can't just give the soup away. I know Campbells gets the benefit of traffic on their website and advertising from the deal, but are we so concerned with making money that we can't give the soup away because it's the right thing to do? I think that's a pretty sad comment on your society and human nature in general. Oh well, at least some needy people are getting food.

Stick a cold can of Chunky Soup on that sprained knee! 693,553 for the Packers, #1 all the way!

Chiefs are apparently giving it away only on the field -- only 39,000 and change.

Yesterday the Chargers only had some 6,000 and change. After you select your team, you can click on other helmets, get some message about waiting 24 hours, but it'll still give you the stats. I picked the browns, who, IIRC, had about 26,000 or so.

The Pack dominates because we fans are crazy freaks who will do just about anything to show the world we're nuts.

Thanks Ufez. The Cowboys are only at approx. 66,000. I guess they haven't been America's team for awhile.
